Outside run-27 degrees. Lungs burn! But can't tell if its from the cold air or the cold I think I'm catching!

It's going to be a balmy 45 this afternoon here in Idaho, so I'm going to do this WOD during my lunch break, but I was wondering if any of you mamas struggle with exertion headaches? If I really sprint this, I'm sure to get a headache… Any thoughts or suggestions?

I was sore from yesterday so only 2 rounds today.
I also did about 25 minutes of yoga before I ran to try and get stretched. First time doing yoga and I was sweating! Who knew?

And to Adria I get headaches if I haven't had enough water intake before working out. But I know everyone is different so just a thought.

I used the map my run app on my phone for distance markers and the timer for my splits so I was going back and forth on my phone. It seems as though I messed something up because my times do not match up with the others already posted. Did you all include the 90 seconds if rest in your times? Mine are not included. Maybe that's the difference?

I used an elliptical without distance tracking. So I did 7 minutes each round. 75-80 rpm w/ a 30 degree grade.

Are those things accurate with calorie counting? My neighbor's read over 800 calories burned! I just don't think that's right…

All I could do was lay in the yard after this until I caught my breath. Was thinking about cutting the rest time down due to time constraint but glad I didn't.

No treadmill and I won't take my baby out in the rain to run, so I settled for 20 min on my elliptical (20% incline) and dance hooped for 30 minutes.

Combined Fridays and today's to one big fun workout. 800 m run, 20 min of sit ups/ squats with 50# and the added bonus of 25# overhead presses (had the weights out anyway). Finished with another 800 m run. Woohoo! Just trying to keep up at kickboxing class. 🙂
