    Had to take a few days off because of a nasty head cold. Still felt like I was breathing fire today but my body missed working out. 🙂 Glad it was a short one!

    I forgot to bring my phone to the gym, so I tried to remember the numbers. I remembered wrong…I did 20 thrusters, but only 10#.

    I also did an hour of yoga.

    Realized after workout that I pretty much did weighted squats (forgot that thrusters thrust arms into the air). I'll get it right one of these days.

    20# thrusters. Thought arms were going to fall off after round 2. Triceps are probably my weakest muscle.
