    More power to all you guys! I did it in 14:40. I had to take 1 min rest between rounds, my legs were so sore from yesterday. I also did a 10min 1 mile before todays WOD

    I forgot to bring my phone to the gym, so I tried to remember the numbers. I remembered wrong…I did 20 thrusters, but only 10#.

    I also did an hour of yoga.
