Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating each round
15 Butterfly sit-ups

Compare to 03.21.13

  1. 10 rounds, plus another round through 4 situps. Used chair for stability on OL squats. Arms crossed during situps.

  3. 12 rounds then on 4th sit-up of the13th round, timer buzzed.

    For the last few rounds, I was looking to change it up so I added an 8 lb dumbbell to sit-ups for 2 rounds then a 15 KB on a round. The other sit-ups my arms were crossed.

    I need to start adding skill practice to my workouts so I can get better at some of these skills like 1 legged squats, hspu, double unders, and the like.

    Sub 30 crunches for last 5 rounds. Tailbone!!!

    Still modifying one leg squats…not going down very far yet and need to hold something to balance but less modified than last time. Arms crossed on bsu and all boy pu.

    First time doing one legged squats (I don't even think you can call them a one legged squat.) and they were not very good at all. Even with a chair they were very bad. Need alot of work. Oh well I tried!

  13. 13 rounds plus 2 push ups, very modified.
    Got my nose to the ground on the push ups!
    Had to keep 1 toe of the other foot on the ground for balance for squats.
    Alternated BFSU and crunches every other round.

    7 rounds plus pu's and 10 squats
    Used a band to steady myself for one legged squats
    Boy pu's
    Ran .7 mile. Walked .3

  18. 12 full rounds then last few seconds did 15 more PU to complete 20 minutes.

    1st 3 rnds-bpu, rest gpu

    8 rounds OLS, then switched to regular squats. Need to work on those-never done before and had a sad range of motion.

    1 round short of last time, but had less assistance this time with squats.

    Attempted 1-legged squats for rounds 1 & 2, but they were really pathetic. Switched to lunges and regular squats for the remaining rounds.

  21. 16 rounds plus 5 push ups and 10 squats.
    Compared to my 17 rounds last time but I subbed back extensions for squats back then.
    I used a standing pole to hold onto while I squatted.

  22. 8 rds in 15 min (all I had time for..) mostly bpu's so that's good!
