    70# deadlifts. Deep squats. I think I'm ready to start doing toe push-ups again with the right hand placement. I'm scared!! Expect a much longer time on the next workout with p/u's.

  10. Thanks James Family, I have been intermittently doing the 30 burpees daily, I remembered to do them today!

    Also, I don't know what kind of music you ladies listen to, but I've recently put Ellie Goulding's "Burn" on my playlist. Great workout song! Gets me dancing while I workout.

  13. Did yesterdays WOD first, since I didn't get to do it then.

    3:18 – all bpu's

    Then, 8:16 for today. 50# dl (max weight I have), all bpu's.

    Went ahead and did 5 more rounds and finished at 15:42. All BPU and focused on deep squats.

    dropped it like it was hot on those squats!

    I tried to to this the other day and got about halfway through before I called it quits. I looked back to see what weights everyone was using on the squats and realized they weren't weighted lol. No wonder, I was doing 60lbs. Shows how much I pay attention in the mornings. 🙂
