I would like to point out that my times stink. I would also like to note that it was 10 degrees outside, I was running on snow and ice, and I was slightly concerned about the possibility of breaking my leg. !!

( I thought I hit the timer- but guess it never started) pushed hard to keep it under 3min- I hope I did!

Compared to Stephanie my times stink- but before Hiit Mamas I was a 12 min. mile- so I'm proud if how far I've come!

I didn't pay attention to the details I guess and ran one too many. Better too many than too few!

    Then 80 weighted squats (25/30/25)

Not excited about my times, but the good news is that I am starting to figure out good starting points for the different distances…started too slow the first two runs…oh well…

In MI we have a foot of snow so I'm on the treadmill. Not sure it's marking distance right because Mama Jenni's workouts had gotten me down to sub 10 min mile. Thanks, jenni!

I'm a wimp, negative wind chills here, but to be fair I dislike running in nice weather too.

Subbed 300 jump ropes for runs. Took three 2 1/2 minute breaks.
