I would like to point out that my times stink. I would also like to note that it was 10 degrees outside, I was running on snow and ice, and I was slightly concerned about the possibility of breaking my leg. !!

( I thought I hit the timer- but guess it never started) pushed hard to keep it under 3min- I hope I did!

Compared to Stephanie my times stink- but before Hiit Mamas I was a 12 min. mile- so I'm proud if how far I've come!

I didn't pay attention to the details I guess and ran one too many. Better too many than too few!

  4. Done but with technical difficulties…garmin died! Had to guess distances and no times to post.

  5. I admire those of you that get out and run in the ice/cold weather…
    Julie – great improvement!

Not excited about my times, but the good news is that I am starting to figure out good starting points for the different distances…started too slow the first two runs…oh well…

2:30 rest in between with 5 pull ups (I have a lot to do today and I could literally hear my day ticking away)

In MI we have a foot of snow so I'm on the treadmill. Not sure it's marking distance right because Mama Jenni's workouts had gotten me down to sub 10 min mile. Thanks, jenni!

  7. Ran 4 miles

Row 500m (I used the rower instead of running because it is more challenging for me)

  19. I'm a wimp, negative wind chills here, but to be fair I dislike running in nice weather too.

Subbed 300 jump ropes for runs. Took three 2 1/2 minute breaks.
