I usually cringe at anything over an 800m but my tailbone is such a mess from sit-ups that I gladly ran my miles this morning!

AmyD never be ashamed to put up your time. You have to start somewhere and if you stick to the workouts you will see results quickly. Be proud of yourself for finishing and focus on improving the next time.

Outside workout and 30# DLHP, same as last time and 1 second faster. Haven't been doing my long runs, in fact my running app said it has been 20 days since the last one. Can definitely tell a difference

19:14 – Wow! Horrible time compared to everyone else – especially since I did not do the last mile! Oh well, I did it. New PR for me – I did the "run a mile" training (run 100 meters, walk 300 meters x 4) and I did ALL of it without holding on to the treadmill. 🙂 Progress…

    16:55 – 1 mile on treadmill (run @ 4.3 speed, walk @ 3.3 speed)
    50 – sumo dead-lift high pulls, 24#

Two days in a row of working out – feels great!!
