“Freaky Fifty”

For time:
50 Box jump, 18 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
50 Walking lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 10 lb ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (200 jump rope)

Compare to 08.02.12 (slightly modified)

Vi-shake
no caffeine
no soda 
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake

    28:56. Subbed 50burpees for pullups, 50 push press 20lb for kettlebell swings, and 50 thrusters 20lb for wall ball shots (total 100 burpees and 100 pushpress) whew! wiped.

    After that one I'm ready for tomorrow's workout to look like: Lay down for 30 min on a soft surface with your eyes closed! Really though, I'm grateful for this blog and everyone that posts. It pushes me and keeps me accountable.

    Everything done in basement until wallball shots, burpees and 200 JR. I went outside for those.

    Used my daughter's soccer ball for wall ball
    burpees to plank (those nearly killed me at the end)

    This wod was like the one we did on 8.12.13. I was 40 sec slower this time- but I did all KTE on bar!

    26:43-I finished though!! No pull-ups-no bar and I have not found a good sub; 15# kb; 200 jump ropes. I finished!! Those burpees…the devil!

    Got super dizzy doing this workout – almost blacked out my vision after getting up from K2E. Decided to skip the burpees. Still a little woozy.

    *this is one of my favorite workouts. I was really tired this morning and not sure if I was up for it. Glad I did–now I am energized.

    Jumped on 20 pull ups then used pre core machine
    All knees to elbows were pre core machine

    lat pull-downs with band, got some good tension on it this time.

    burpees were bad, but I'm improving

    Just realized that I've officially been following this site for 1 full year today. Been doing the work outs pretty routinely 4 times a week at least, and feel stronger than ever! I need to do measurements and weight and see what the difference is in the past year. Thanks Jenni for giving me a work out that I have been able to stick with for a year!!

    KTE's Only 15 in sets of 5; remaining on incline bench
    Fun doesn't quite describe it…

    Only did 50 Jump Ropes this morning and didn't realize until now that I needed to do 200! So, I did the remaining 150 and added the time to morning time…

    So curious about what tomorrow will bring us!
