    18:46- 19 reps
Started with sets every 10, then every 20, then every 30, til doing one set per minute. Wanted to keep going but tailbone got sore- and I have parent teacher conferences this week and will be sitting a lot- didn't want to push it and make it uncomfortable

Not really sure what this meant, so I Did it a little differently: started by doing as many as I could in one min (23), then did one less each round. 276 total in about 20 min

22 Rounds (tailbone couldn't take anymore)

Not sure I did it correctly. Are you supposed to sit idle while you wait for the minute to end or are you supposed to continue to do sit-ups?

    This is what I did:
For the first 3 minutes, did su according to the min at 10 sec intervals( for example, 2 su every 10 sec for the second minute)
Then did same for minutes 4-10 but with 20-30 sec intervals
Minutes 10-20 just did number of sit ups for that round
    Got to 20:00
