Decided to do 6 total rounds since I didn't do double unders and ended at 17:58. I am going to increase my rounds or times from now on to encourage myself to go all out without modifications.

  6. 10:54 30#, mostly singles–those doubled are killer and hated me I have the jump rope marks on my arms to prove it.
Thank you to our veterans and their families! May those of us who aren't on duty abroad take it upon ourselves to do all we can at home!
