    Ran an 800m to warm up. It was a little chilly this morning. Didn't include this in my time.

    4:55 did bridge instead of deadlift, gpu, bent legs on leg lifts. Coming back from a back injury. No I'm not 85 but I feel like it! Good to be back.

    7:08 – Really feeling frustrated with myself for not being able to fit this workout in when it was originally prescribed in September! Cannot believe I couldn't find 7 minutes to workout!
