    25# DL- Lower back is sore from DL last week- I think I did something funny so I'm going easy.

  2. 5:40 with 50# and all bpu. Thanks, jenni, for these workouts. Appreciate your time and passion.

  3. Ran an 800m to warm up. It was a little chilly this morning. Didn't include this in my time.


    Decided to continue on and work down through reps 6.3. and then stayed at three and maxed out my weight. I stopped at 105#. This took me to 12:47.

  5. 4:28 compared to 4:46 back in September!! 60 lb deadlifts.

  6. 4:55 did bridge instead of deadlift, gpu, bent legs on leg lifts. Coming back from a back injury. No I'm not 85 but I feel like it! Good to be back.

    Doubled up on dead lift reps (42-30-18) since I only had 30#

  8. 1 hour of yoga then Crossfit.

    I did leg lifts on the floor and not sure I did them correctly, but I'll check for a video.

  9. 7:08 – Really feeling frustrated with myself for not being able to fit this workout in when it was originally prescribed in September! Cannot believe I couldn't find 7 minutes to workout!

  10. 8:09 40# DL (did 50# last time and form wasn't great) gpu. This time included some chatting with a friend that I haven't seen in a while 🙂
