Walking lunge steps
Thrusters, 20 lbs
Push-ups
Knees to elbows

Post time to comments.

Thrusters

90 DAY CHALLENGE III: DAY 89
Vi-shake
no caffeine
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
3 glasses of water a day

    Questions…when doing lunges do you count one step as one rep or two steps( right and left) as one rep?

    17:15 with KTE on floor. This one should be called "rain turned into summer storm" because you think it's no big deal. Hey I can knock this sucker out in nothing flat. By your 9s you are thinking holy balls. WHAT is this?

    12 deadlifts
    9 hang power cleans
    6 push jerks

    Girl push-ups until last two rounds. On the 6th round I did 3girl/3boy & on the last round I did all boy.

    I started my 90 day challenge a little early – couldn't wait lol – sorry I didn't order shakes through you Jenni, will do it next time for sure!
