40 Jump rope
30 Box jumps, 18 inch box
20 Kettle bell swings, 20 lbs

no caffeine

fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
3 glasses of water a day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
finish strong!

    12" box (15" box for about 10 jumps…wasn't happening today)

  3. Used 15# dumbbell for swings! all else as Rx'd. 20ish minutes. I forgot to set my timer.

    Box jumps killed me! Went to measure my steps so I could post that my box was 20"…turns out is was only 16"!! Otherwise as RX'd.

    I second the holy heartrate comment! I was sure vomit was going to follow this one. Glad it didn't!

  7. 22:36 as rx'd – I canNOT jump rope – basically just taught myself, by round 5 I got through 30 w/I messing up!

  8. 14:35 13" box (trust me extra inch matters! :)) rest as rx'd

    box jumps are my weakness

    Struggled with box jumps today, had to keep stopping to breathe.

    Step for box jumps, so I tried to do them continuously (got around 15-20 in a row) pretend jump ropes BC I had to do the workout in the basement 🙂

  12. Did this WOD today instead of yesterday.
    10 lb kettle bell
    Only did one round of box jumps & I did Step up step down on them. 14 inch box

  13. 19:41 19 inch jumps for first 10 of each round, step up for the rest. Dodging toddler most of the WOD
