    Should have done a warmup because 1st round squats were broken up to breathe. Next 2 rounds were unbroken.

    Had to sub reverse crunches for bsu- I got abrasions on my tailbone from all the sit ups last week! Reverse crunches are harder than I thought!

I haven't commented in a while, but I just want to let you all know that a friend of mine had a little boy yesterday accidentally strangle himself with some exercise equipment they had in their home. They will most likely take him off life support today. PLEASE, please, please make sure that your equipment is put away and that your kids can only 'use' it with you around. My heart is breaking, but I wanted to make sure this community has been warned. Happy and safe workouts!

    2. I am so sorry. Thank you for warning us. I have always been very cognicent of where I leave my jump ropes and where the kids jump ropes are stored for that very reason. Blinds are also extremely dangerous.

    16:14 and I did not do the last set of squats.

    It would have been a struggle to complete the squats, yes, but while I normally would have done it, this week i made a choice to do that which challenges my body and yet leaves me able to work out tomorrow. I was sore for six days after doing the WODs last Mon/Tue. Same scenario the week before that. That is partly what led me to take two months off in Jul/Aug and I don't want to get burned out again. It doesn't feel good to hurt so badly and for so long.

  9. Hooo boy. 2 months off. 14min. All GPU but first five. Only 50 squats on round 1 and 2. Could not squat on round 3 so subbed 50 17lb kb swings. Owwwwie.

    16:03. All boy push ups, butt to floor on the squats. Takes me longer when I do them correctly, butt to floor. Still sore from all the squats on Friday! You must have a method to your madness Jenni!
