5 rounds, each for time of:
20 Push-ups
30 Lunges
40 Butterfly sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.

Compare to 11.26.12

    After watching that squat video, I worked really hard on going lower. I did this WOD on Friday, but am just posting on Sunday, and let me tell you, doing the squats properly, I am sooo sore today! Definitely going to be working on my form to make every exercise count!

    37 minutes total without the last rest. The individual round times got cleared from my stopwatch before I could record but were right around 5 minutes each.
