20 Push-ups
30 Lunges
40 Butterfly sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely 3 minutes between each round.

    After watching that squat video, I worked really hard on going lower. I did this WOD on Friday, but am just posting on Sunday, and let me tell you, doing the squats properly, I am sooo sore today! Definitely going to be working on my form to make every exercise count!
