Hard time measuring 100m on treadmill even with track knowledge.
5 real pull-ups (first one each round) The rest were band-assisted.
30 lb cleans and those got tough for me.

Didn't do this one, but I did get a workout in today – the first one since I started babysitting my 6-week old granddaughter!

    30-20-10
    Wall-ball shots, 4# ball
    Push-press, 50#

I did the max weight that I have for push-presses since my ball is lightweight and I have to say…my left arm is WEAK!!! It felt great to get a workout in – still adjusting my schedule to my angel!

8:21 don't have a bar, pull ups on the treadmill, way wussier, I know! One day I'll have a bar! Guarantee I would have to do them assisted and it would take me forever.

After a 80 min mtb-ride, didn't have a watch on me, so completed, not timed, jumping pull ups.

No time – ran 15 min to park so I could knock out pull ups. Ran 15 min back home to knock out cleans.
