5 rounds for time of:
20 Overhead walking lunges, 20 lbs
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

    25# first round, 20# rounds 2-5
    burpees with pushups
    That was rough! My legs were shaking by round 3 were wobbling uncontrollably by the end…took a lot to get my heart rate back down!! Whew!

    Hit the deck on burpees and was pressing weight up and down to avoid bonking the basement ceiling for lunges.

    Holy. Crap. I saw the workout and thought, "good! An easy day!" Ha!!!!! That kicked my butt. Heart rate thru the roof
    Push-ups (boy) on ten burpees in each set, then 11 without push-up

  5. 17:15 with 20# for first three rounds but had to drop down to 15#. Was concerned I'd kill the dog if I dropped it on her b/c my arms were shaking. Sub planks for push ups in burpees. Is it better to post a faster time or do the exercise as rxd? If I did it as rxd, it may have taken me upwards of an hour with all the breaks. Mamas?

    Burpees are the death of me. Don't know what it is but I get really light headed.

  7. 13:50. Yeah that one was hard, but I kept talking to myself through the burpees and didn't stop. Happy with my time!!

  8. 19:52 with 15# weight except last round with no weight and a biiiig break between each round.


  9. 12:47. Weights mostly at shoulder hight. Got them all the way up for 10 reps on the last three sets. Burpees reach up to plank. Hurts to breathe! Then RPM.

    Did not go to the floor with my knee. Started off but I wasn't "kissing" the floor. More like smashing the floor

    That was tough!! It was a mental game for me today- not enough sleep with a sick baby!

  14. 16:21 as rxd. I knew based on comments here it would be tough but that was the longest 16 min! Felt like it was soooo much more. Hate burpees!

  16. 16:51 – 1st 2 rounds holding 20# db's at shoulders, last 3 with 10 overhead ( my arms just wouldn't let me so the 20#)!

  17. 20:41 – rounds 1, 3, 5 Hit the deck burpees, WHEW this was tough!

    did one round then took 10 min to practice 16 inch box jumps with full extensions

  19. 18:46 with 10lb and lunges without knee going quite to the floor. Mods because knees were hurting today.

    I had to go gluten free and my workouts have improved drastically. And all my stomach issues are gone.
