Deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
Leg lifts

no caffeine
no soda
fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
3 glasses of water a day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
finish strong!


  1. 9:04. Bpu 1st & 3rd round

    Mods for preg: superman instead of deadlifts, rounds 2&3 alternated side leg lifts (15 each side etc)

  2. 6:37 36 pound DL (two 10lb & two 8lb), gpu…any suggestions for the leg lifts for a weak lower back? Those were killer!!

  9. Whoops, I remembered it incorrectly as 15-9-6 so I did the wrong prescribed amount.

  10. 3:52. 65# deadlift.

    My 4yr old was sad this was such a small workout as my kids mimicked my wod tonight. He told me "its ok to sweat," as he tried to convince me to do more. Lol. Glad it was small! Thanks!

  11. 5:47- subbed weighted squats (40lbs) for deadlifts since I subbed the reverse (deadlifts for squats) on the last 21-15-9 work out.
