Woke up this morning and my legs are extremely sore from this week! I pushed through and did butt to floor squats anyway, probably won't be able to walk tomorrow.

read this too quickly and didn't take any of the prescribed rests, although I did take rests throughout the squats! Proud of finishing because I wanted to quit ever step of the way today!

I was also extremely leg sore from this week (which I love) so I was only able to do squats to 90 degrees. Jumping pull-ups.
Took full advantage of those 3 minute breaks and made myself my Vi shake during the first one, made my 3 year old a peanut butter sandwich during the second one, cleaned up a bit during the rest of them. ?
