    Great finish for me!

  2. 22:51 didn't have time to do as rx, so ran 2.5 miles (~10 x 400 m)

  3. 1:55, 1:46, 1:40, 1:44, 1:41, 1:45, 1:46, 1:49, 1:42, 1:51

    cut the rests down to about a minute to minute and a half to save time

  5. So slow getting back on track after months of inconsistency.

  6. 37-39:38 total. I also had a toddler break interruption & timer prob not included in time.
    I'm estimating as on the start of round 8 i hit reset instead of start, cleared the whole thing! I was so mad i almost just stopped right there, but i finished anyway, proud that i did despite timer & tired!
    Most of my rounds were 2:15-2:30, with 1-2min breaks in between. My 4th round was 4min.
    8th=2:16, 9th= 2:13, 10=2:09

  7. 29:30 for three miles, maybe 2 and 3/4th? despite very clear directions, I could not follow them to save my life. It started out very promising with 2 min semi-sprinting, 1 min of walking to save time. by the time i hit the 5th round, i was down to 1 and 1/2 min of running, 1 min walking. by the end, everything fell into a handbag and I was running up hills because i was late to pick up the kids.

    jenni, this one is not you. Good workout, feel it in my legs but clearly i'm too scattered to follow
    directions. Oy to the Vey!!

    Read the workout completely wrong. Changed things up and biked today with no breaks. However, I did the workout on the running distance of 400m not 1000 m. Geez! Needless to say, I am going to do the correct workout later this evening when it cools off.

  10. Only had time for 6 rounds of 400m running: 3:23, 3:00, 3:20, 3:08, 3:23, 3:18 I'm such a slow runner 🙁 Hopefully next time will be faster!

  12. got to the trail and forgot what the correct distance was, so just ran / walked 1.5 miles…took about 23:00
    I've gotten off track after a car accident, but I'm back!

  16. ran 3 miles then:
    about 2 km of swimming/snorkeling in the Indian Ocean (used mask n Fins)
    Didn't time (swim was about 30-40 min), but it was great. WIll do it again soon.

  17. Bike bike run run bike bike run run bike (9 rounds). 1 min rests. I can't find the paper where I wrote my times, but the bikes all took 2:35-2:50 and runs were about 1:35. Looking at that, I think I must have been running more like 300m.

  22. I tried real hard to do all 10, but ended up doing 8-just couldn't make that mind-body connection.
