    Single JR and used 12 med ball for half of situps

  2. Good JR day-no misses so I tried to work on double under skill but need better rope (yes, I am blaming the rope;-)

    Did sjr, expect for last round I attempted 10 double-unders. Still need a lot practice, but I was able to do a few.

  6. Start with 50 jump rope then 50 sit-ups, 40 jump rope, 49 sit-ups etc.

  9. Well single jr, I need a shorter jump rope for sure. Again I have rubbed the tailbone raw again, NEED an abmat!!!

    Didn't like this one!! Between missing on the jump rope and "leaking" on the jumps I was all out of sorts!!!

    Very disappointed in my time…jumping rope must not be one of my stronger exercises 🙁

  15. No time-outside with kiddos, 2 & 4 yr olds, "learning" how to jump rope:-), we had fun!

  19. 11:15 with single jumps and arms crossed on bfsus. No rope so this was definitely faster than when I have my rope.

  20. Katie- 12:56, most sjr but did last 10 reps of jump rope as double unders! First time!
