150 Wall ball shots, 10 lb ball
90 Jump rope
30 Push-ups

    used 2kg ball, gpu

  2. Will do this later today. Too dark to see ball (motion light doesn't stay on long enough and the sensor isn't sensitive enough).
    Hiit session and tiny run in am instead.

  3. 2 rounds in 16:30 – I had my 7 year old with me doing it along side (minus the 10lb ball – she used a bball 🙂

  10. LOL!!! I just did Monday's yesterday and added a bit of weight, so I'm very sore today, this should be hilarious. T-minus 1 hour til I attempt this one…

  16. 1 round plus 150 wbs. Needed to go deeper in the squats. Did gpus. Did right after yesterday's word.

    Did 150 WB, 90 JR, 30 GPU, 90 JR, 30 GPU in under 10 min. (can't wait for my new JR to arrive from the US!)

    My 8 year old : 1 complete round plus 150 WB, 7 JR
    My 10 yo: 2 complete rounds, plus 17 WB
    Basket ball used for all WBs

    Did directly after 8/30 wod. Not a good idea, was dragging thorough this one.

  23. 1 round then extra 90 jump ropes and 30 push ups, 30 sec to spare. Modified push ups.

  24. 1 round + 55 wallballs as rxd. So sweaty & tired!
