    1. I have a separation in my abs from pregnancies (called diastasis recti) that will worsen with standard crunches or other traditional ab exercises…I'm working on improving it with rehab exercises.

    2. I have it too–6 kids! I was just wondering what exercises you did for it. 🙂

    3. Ohhhh-I see now, sorry about that. I've been doing a few exercises I found online-some are so "basic feeling"like pelvic tilts with leg extensions…I'm doing trial & error to see if I can help it & trying to b patient at the same time!

    4. Oh ok. Let me know if it works 🙂 my tummy is strong but not flat. Maybe that's what I need!

    I did the first set of 25 burpees and decided to split this into two rounds so I would run as much of the running segments as possible. First round runs were 200 meters, with 13 reps of k2e, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees. The second round consisted of running 125 meters, walking 75 meters each run segment and 12 reps of k2e, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees. Honestly? The burpees killed me!! Then, the running finished me up!!! lol – Great workout, Jenni!
