I have a separation in my abs from pregnancies (called diastasis recti) that will worsen with standard crunches or other traditional ab exercises…I'm working on improving it with rehab exercises.

Ohhhh-I see now, sorry about that. I've been doing a few exercises I found online-some are so "basic feeling"like pelvic tilts with leg extensions…I'm doing trial & error to see if I can help it & trying to b patient at the same time!

Wow – almost embarrassed to post my time, but I'm gonna do it anyway 'cause I did it!! 🙂

    Total time: 41:09
    Treadmill time: 15:00

I did the first set of 25 burpees and decided to split this into two rounds so I would run as much of the running segments as possible. First round runs were 200 meters, with 13 reps of k2e, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees. The second round consisted of running 125 meters, walking 75 meters each run segment and 12 reps of k2e, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees. Honestly? The burpees killed me!! Then, the running finished me up!!! lol – Great workout, Jenni!
