Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
5 Butterfly sit-ups
7 Back extensions (supermans)
9 Front squats, 40 lbs

  1. 11 and bfsu and back extension on 12… would have been able to do more but I kept forgetting to stop at 5, 7, 9… whoops.

  3. Idid 10 or 11 rounds. I only used 20 pounds but did butt to floor.

  11. I needed to do some sort of running today, so I created my own workout:

    Run 200 meters
    15 Box jumps
    Run 400 meters
    10 Box jumps
    Run 800 meters
    5 Box jumps
    Run 400 meters
    10 Box jumps
    Run 200 meters
    15 Box jumps

    Total time: 30:43
    Sounds like a lot, but I'm VERY happy with my time! 🙂

    45# bar.
    So happy to be back at it after taking time off to train for my first Olympic triathlon.

  13. 10 but had to use 20lb DB for front squats – can't get form right with 2 20 lb db's.

  14. 9 rounds total
    4 with 40# bar, switched to 35# KB due to wrist mobility

  15. 10 and 1/3. Had to switch to 20# after the second round because it was too heavy! It's been too long since I've worked out. But now the kids are back in school, yeah!

  16. 11 rounds with only 2 seconds to spare! 55 lb front squat. Ow!
