  1. 19:50 as RX'd (I hit the deck on burpees)
    Had to walk around first to decrease heart rate before typing (if that tells you anything 😉

    I just got done walking around the block to bring heart rate down too!

    Jumps done on six inch step :(. No box at home and left knee is super weak…afraid of it giving in when I jump right now.
    Ready for a burped break! 🙂

  5. 18:24 I jumped across the room as far as I could, stairs outside were wet (I have a wood deck, wet deck = slippery steps), 16 lb weights. Now if I could just catch my breath 🙂 THANK YOU for these workouts!!!

  6. 14:39 with steps as box. Added calf raises for strengthening. What creative things are you using for weights? I travel and can't pack weights in my carry on.

  7. 22:20 as rx'd but slow and miserable on an empty stomach. Glad to have done it!

  8. 17:15. I liked how Denise put it, I hit the deck on burpees. Rest as rx'd. Didn't bug my shoulder during, but now it's throbbing a bit. Uh oh.

    Should've worked out pre-run instead of post run.

    Struggled with this workout today. First round unbroken, last three had to keep stopping to breathe. Whew!! Good workout!

    stepups on 12in stool
    burpies nearly killed me, dropped to only 7 after 1st round, great workout though!

    shorter jumps
    last set of burpees were slow
    squat cleans never feel right, so last two sets looked more like thrusters (20#)
    also kept pulling up pants after every couple burpees (good sign right?) so ended up using an elastic to hold them up haha. time for new workout gear woo hoo!

  18. 15:35 didn't have a box so did step up on stairs. Wow 80 burpees killed me. And did 20lb squat cleans. What a workout.

  19. 18:20 all as rxd except that i must admit i cheated on 1st round & did hang cleans. I felt guilty so i forced myself to take more breaks so icould do squat cleans because i was just cheating myself . The last round i did full butt to floor squats so that way even though i was dead tired i was pushing myself to make up for the 1st set.

  20. 23:11 stair for box jump (I learned my lesson with night box jumping) & full burpee. Squats could have been better. 1 mi after

  21. 21:01 19 inch box. Slower than last time but was doing 7 inch jumps then 🙂

  22. 15.46 all push ups in burpees.
    took it easy… because I'm pregnant! 🙂 not going for time, just form and getting it done.
