  1. 6:15 bsu for kte and push presses. Now off to meet my running mamas. 🙂

  2. 3:47 16 lb thrusters (not up to 20 yet) kne on floor (no bar)

  3. 7:31. 1st set K2E on bar from standing, 2nd set on ground. These are so hard for me… I feel like I'm so bad at them on the bar that I don't get as much of an ab workout. Any suggestions appreciated!:)

  6. 5:40. Really sore shoulder. Could not even attempt k2e on bar. All on floor. 1st round 30 lbs. Switched to 20 lbs second round.

  7. 6:00- and that included the pull up bar breaking half way through my second set. Finished with KTE on floor.

  11. Just keep practicing Kte and take breaks when you absolutely cannot do anymore. Then keep going. It will get better.

  12. 4:18 as rxd. Kte on bar. Did yesterdays wod right b4 this 1 as my son ended up in ER last night. 3 hours spent through there after work i just couldn't bring myself to do it, went straight to bed after eating since i didnt eat either, another no no!
