    I lost count (watching the news also!) – so I did an extra round just in case..

    After the 3rd round I dropped to 10# for sumo since I wasn't bringing it past my stomach by the end of 3.

    YAY! trying to recruit another mama – Laura Yule 🙂 we used to be best workout buddies (and in fab shape) together "back in the day" I love how it kinda feels like we are working out together, it will totally give me motivation to do the wod if she does them too! Keep at it and you will be so impressed with how strong you will become!

    15 pistol squats (each leg from seated position)
    30 pull ups on total gym at highest elevation

    Getting ready for a Spartan Sprint race in February!!! The first thing I've ever done like this.

  11. 9:01 – NOT as good as I thought it would be, but I did it and that's all that counts right? Plus, I followed up with doing 1 mile on the treadmill. 🙂

  12. I'm doing this weeks WOD's randomly, so finally got around to this one today. 9:45 as rx'd.
