For time:
50 Double unders (scale: 200 jump rope)
50 Burpees
50 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball
50 Back extensions (supermans)
50 Push press, 20 pounds
50 Knees to elbows
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Kettlebell swings, 20 pounds
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Box jump, 18 inch box

    First day of school with students so time to get back on track with the mamas. Did 25 of everything except burpees and pull ups. Did 30 bsu and 30 push ups. I've got some work to do to get back to where I was at the end of school last year.

      Tell me about it!! My eyes were closed half the time, I was sweating so bad! I had to use my tank top as a wipe. I leaned over my son to help him with his homework and I was dripping sweat off my nose into his hair. Gross.

    18" box jumps (needed to get those over with after jr, but should've warmed up a bit more-still building up confidence after falling on 24")
    20# thruster for wb
    28# pp for 20#
    Lunges with hands overhead, straight arms

    As rx'd until then…didn't do pull-ups or box jumps 🙁

    25:26 but no pull ups. I did one and couldn't get myself back up even jumping. So disappointed 🙁

    I was short on time today (ie slow at dragging myself out of bed the am the Monday after vacation!) so I skipped the wall balls, kb swings & box jumps, and only did 25 burpees. 19:15 and felt plenty hard today!:)

    Knees to chest on bar, jumping pull ups got as close to bar as I could, still have a way to go on them was struggling a bit.

    Time was 19:04 in January but I did KTE on ground and BFSU instead of pull ups. Considering I did all the bar work I'm pleased!

    25# ball for wall ball had to do 15 thrusters(25#) at the end because ball was just to heavy.
    25# push press
    K2e half on bar half on floor
    everything else as rx'd

    5 mile run

    Great way to start the week!

    28:03 single jump ropes, kte on bar, all as rxd.
    My 12yr old was my motivator, part laughing @ me, told me I'd prob do this within 40 min, etc. But hed also tell me come on get going in between my rests when id try to catch my breath, then he'd start counting how many i had left to go in the reps until finish. Really helped!

    26:16. Single jump ropes, burpees without jump ups, to plank, pull ups on machine 100# assist. Has to split pull ups and box jumps 50/50. Was afraid of falling on the box jump for the third time this summer, on the same shin!

    WOW! I really need to get back on the ball – my crazy summer schedule obviously has been very sucky for my workouts! Oh well…back at tomorrow as well! 🙂

    50 KTE on ground
    60 Kettlebell swings with 15 lbs.
    50 pull ups using total gym on highest elevation.
    Kicked my booty today 🙂

    Switched to 10lb push press after 35, KTE on the floor, didn't do the pull-ups because we have no pull-up bar and couldn't figure out a good sub.
