  1. First day of school with students so time to get back on track with the mamas. Did 25 of everything except burpees and pull ups. Did 30 bsu and 30 push ups. I've got some work to do to get back to where I was at the end of school last year.

    1. Tell me about it!! My eyes were closed half the time, I was sweating so bad! I had to use my tank top as a wipe. I leaned over my son to help him with his homework and I was dripping sweat off my nose into his hair. Gross.

    As rx'd until then…didn't do pull-ups or box jumps 🙁

  8. 25:26 but no pull ups. I did one and couldn't get myself back up even jumping. So disappointed 🙁

  9. I was short on time today (ie slow at dragging myself out of bed the am the Monday after vacation!) so I skipped the wall balls, kb swings & box jumps, and only did 25 burpees. 19:15 and felt plenty hard today!:)

    Knees to chest on bar, jumping pull ups got as close to bar as I could, still have a way to go on them was struggling a bit.

    Time was 19:04 in January but I did KTE on ground and BFSU instead of pull ups. Considering I did all the bar work I'm pleased!

    My 12yr old was my motivator, part laughing @ me, told me I'd prob do this within 40 min, etc. But hed also tell me come on get going in between my rests when id try to catch my breath, then he'd start counting how many i had left to go in the reps until finish. Really helped!

  23. 26:16. Single jump ropes, burpees without jump ups, to plank, pull ups on machine 100# assist. Has to split pull ups and box jumps 50/50. Was afraid of falling on the box jump for the third time this summer, on the same shin!
