    Compared to 27:01 in April!!! Also in April I had to do step ups for the last round and this time I was able to do all box jumps! I love seeing the improvements!

    Will have to try to do this wod tonight or tomorrow. I was able to finish 1 round, but ran out of time because I had to get my kids ready for school.

  8. 28:40. About what I had last time, but upgraded the jumps to 19". 10 jumps and 20 step ups at that height per round

  9. 27:34. Slower than April, but I now have a strict 18" box instead of 15/16", I could really pump out the jumps on the old one. So sweaty!!

  11. So slow; I didn't even time myself – interrupted by dh and kiddos many times. Did step-ups since I have no box and used a 10# dumbbell instead of ball. Proud of myself for doing it all and not scaling. Little steps.

  12. 33:53 compared to 29:44 in April.
    Not sure why it's slower other than this time I ran outside instead of on a treadmill, I did a 15" box jump instead of 7" step, and wall ball instead of thrusters (but used a regular ball). It was so hot outside today!!

  13. I don't have a time to compare too…I am a sweaty mess of really wore out legs!! As RX'd for count on a 24" box and 16 lb. ball, with only 15 wallballs and jumps last round.

  14. Haven't done the workout yet, but I just wanted to say, wow, thanks for the eye candy lately!!! Yummo! Also, I like the new name! I think it is very clever! 😉 Now to get to work!

  16. 21:35 compared to 26:41 on 4/12/13. Able to do all jumps to an 8" step compared to step ups last time. Wow, I am soooo much stronger!

    Full extension at the top of every jump.
    Why was that so hard?! By round 4 I really stopped caring about my time and just rested in the shade for a few seconds after every 15 wall balls in my backyard. I got to the point where I was just glad I did it and just wanted to finish.

  19. 22:18. Ran @7.2 mph on treadmill. Had to do 30 kettle bell swings (10lbs) on rounds 3 and 5 instead of wall ball. Medicine ball was being used

  21. 24:07 compared to past times of 21:49 and 21:10, but both previously with tuck jumps, this time with my 12" box! 100 degrees out too. Happy with my time!

    *slower than the other dates, but first time doing actual box jumps 🙂

    slower by like 2 min, but this time did all jump ups and wall balls instead of half step ups and thrusters. A bit disappointed as I felt like I was pushing myself to the max (blurry vision/dizzy) but was slower, Maybe this is my punishment for eating bad this weekend.

  24. 26:44. Felt soooo slow today. I have been running regularly but not doing the blog and I can so tell!
