    Only had 40# so did 5 rounds of 20 dead lifts 15 kte on the Total Gym on highest elevation. 9:28.

    Haven't done anything if significance in 2 weeks-month of vacations! Glad to be back even if not at full weights-should be there in a week. #40 DL and KTE on floor(new mission to get a pull-up bar!!). 8:53
