60 Burpees

no caffeine
no soda
only fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce refined sugar intake
drink at least 3 glasses of water a day
no fried food
get 8 hours of sleep
finish your second to last day STRONG!!

    Ran most of round 1, walked at least 1/2 of round 2.

    Another hot morning, wish my time was faster, but happy to complete workout.

    Then ran 1.3 miles to finish off my miles for the week.

  6. I did this yesterday and it KILLED me! Plus, I learned to always wear the safety clip while on my treadmill – my right knee now has a boo-boo from this lesson! I ran/walked the 6k, which is supposed to be 3.73 miles, but I went ahead and made it 3.75 'cause I'm special like that! 😉 Anyway, I only did 30 burpees instead of 60.

  7. Ran three miles and 25 burps, having some knee pain and had to hurry home to watch 21 month old.
    I wish I could completely cut caffeine but the little one hasn't helped that.

    Took a 10 min walking break between the run and burpees but I stopped the timer bc I wanted to get the time for the exercises only.

    Phew! Glad that's over!! I'm so glad I did this 90-day challenge! Looking forward to the next one!!!

    Then 10:57 for the burpees!! I had to stop every 5 because I was getting so light-headed! Sucked.

    Didn't finish. Made it to 3.02 miles and then started getting light headed. Didn't get to the burpees. This heat and this cold are killing me.

    5890 meters on my outdoor course today.
    Never would have been able to run this far and then do 60 burpees on top of it before this challenge!

  13. Approx. 50 min. So mad my nike run app stopped tracking run @ 3.5 miles. I knew i needed toget to3.72 so i ran around the block again &it still didnt update! I knew itwas close so i called it good but i really wanted to SEE that i ran a 6k!

    Burpees 4:40
    Including all breaks & stopping to get tracker to update etc.:50 min.

  14. 47:20 as rx'd.
    I had to take a 3 minute break between the run and the burpees. Which is reflected in the time. 3 MAJOR hills on the route I ran, but still ran it in 36 minutes! So happy with that time.

    Thanks Jenni for this 90 day challenge! I completed it and lost 6.625 inches over all. This had definitely made me stronger, faster and given me more stamina.

  15. I am late asking this question but I'm having trouble with doing burpees outside. Where are you all doing them? Grass? Concrete? I hate running any kind of distance over 2 miles on treadmill but I haven't found a great place for outdoor burpees.

    1. Hi Denise! I do mine wherever when I'm outside depending on the day. However, I find it easier, balance-wise, to do them on concrete. Grass is definitely easier on the wrists for me though.

  17. Basing time on a 10 min mile, I did 37:00 spin and then 6:52 for the 60 burpees.
