    10 lb dumbells in each hand for squats.

    Arms crossed on bsu for the second time ever. I did them all like that!

    When we finally get our household goods I will find out what 40#feels like. In the meantime it was painful enough with 30#. Legs wobbly.

  6. Oops I meant 30# front squats 15# in each hand. Was aiming for 10 min time almost snagged it! I'd rather sacrifice a bit of time then form.

    20lb squats. Managed to completely skipped the round of 15, so did that them afterwards.

    But I subbed planks for bfsu and couldn't do butt to floor on the squats like I usually do. My right knee wasn't feeling so hot today. 🙁

    1st 2 rounds GHD sit ups, then rest just bsu. Wrists hurt today. Had to rerack bar a couple times because couldn't get wrists comfortable.
