Happy Birthday to my husband Chris!
He is my biggest supporter, he introduced me to HIIT (so you all can thank him for that!), we met in High School and have been married almost 13 years, he is the love of my life.
This is a picture of him waiting for me on my last round of a running WOD last year. It was hot and he beat me and he was waiting at the finish line to give me a big slap on the butt. 🙂

only fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake

    Ran the length of the barn (between 60 and 70 yds)
    Didn't have the timer at the other end so I just caught my breath for a bit then went again.

    Doing push ups in the middle of a hay field is not a good idea. Now I'm having an allergy attack! Note to self!!

    Mil push ups round 1+ 5 on round 2 and then I finally gave up and did them from my knees. In the past I have done 50+ but for some reason I have not been strong lately. I even struggled to muscle up on the knee push ups and had to break up the sets! Then somewhere around round 7 I got some sort of groove going and could do all 15 without stopping. It doesn't look like my times changed all that much. Maybe slower on the push ups at the beginning and slower on the sprints toward the end?

    It looks fast only because I didn't fight for the mil push ups like I should have. Next time no regrets!

    Could only finish 8 rounds & then my arms gave in.

  15. Laura – I use mapmyrun.com and zoom in really close to my house, find a landmark and use that to measure 60 yards (aka about 55 meters aka .05 – .06 km)
    It's not perfect, but its better than nothing!

  16. Did a speed workout with big river running tonight and painted first coat of deck and steps today.

  17. 11:57 with only 30 sec rests (not including last rest). Husband timed my sprints 9.6, 9.4, 10.9, 9.1, 9.1, 8.5, 7.1?, 8.6, 9.1, 9.9

    Did sliding mountain climbers in socks on wood floor in place of sprint. Worked out well!

    Sprint was in our shop due to the weather, stop and start on sprint (3 lengths of the shop made 60 yards).

  20. Did the workout in grass (practice football field) but did not time and had minimal rest periods.
    Half boy push-ups.

    No park yesterday so I sprinted up and down my stairs twice. Regular push ups.

  22. messed up my timing also did this yesterday at night around 9:00 pm. I think it was 17- 22 mins. had to do wall push ups near the end

  24. 15:35 including each, and the final, rest. Did pretty poor bpus. I should stick to gpus I think. This was done after completing Friday's short wod.

    1. Oh yeah, and each sprint was between 15 and 20 seconds. I think the distance was accurate.
