    I used 15lb dumbbells for thrusters– bc/ I apparently wasn't paying attention to 20 lb TOTAL. 😉 oh well. Made me sweat.
    Did girl push ups. In correct form, bringing chest ALL the way to the ground–OUCH. 🙂

    Worked nights all weekend and didn't get enough sleep or good nutrition. Did Tuesdays workout 1st so arms are shaking and ran/walked in the rain because I don't have a treadmill. But it's done and I feel great (now that I don't have to do another burpee for at least 24 hours).

    I ran my first 5k this weekend and got 2nd place in my age group! These workouts don't usually have cardio, but since they're timed it's really helped strengthened my lungs and my legs. Thanks so much for awesome workouts every day!

Thanks for creating and posting them, and for all of the work you do. I hope you continue despite the pressure you are now facing. Fight the power! 🙂

    longer than expected – knee push ups were slow, but working on better form now and can feel I'm getting stronger, little by little!

    Accidentally did first 15 reps with a little hang-below-the-knees addition before I remembered what the hell I was doing.

  11. Five minutes. Belly hits before my nose so doing wall-pushups now. So discouraging to try and do this pregnant! Praying it helps my recovery be a little quicker at the end though.

  13. thought this was going to be easy… but no!3:49 first 4 of each push up reg., then the rest were GPU.

  14. 2:45 as rx'd. Arms are burning and still sore from yesterday's burpees!

    Front squats w/50 lbs
