For time 15, 12, and 9 rep rounds of:
Dumbbell Thrusters, 20 lbs total
Push-ups

Post time to comments.

90 DAY CHALLENGE II: DAY 72
Vi-shake
no caffeine
no soda
only fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce sugar intake 
3 glasses of water a day
no fried food
8 hours of sleep
finish strong!

    I used 15lb dumbbells for thrusters– bc/ I apparently wasn't paying attention to 20 lb TOTAL. 😉 oh well. Made me sweat.
    Did girl push ups. In correct form, bringing chest ALL the way to the ground–OUCH. 🙂

    Worked nights all weekend and didn't get enough sleep or good nutrition. Did Tuesdays workout 1st so arms are shaking and ran/walked in the rain because I don't have a treadmill. But it's done and I feel great (now that I don't have to do another burpee for at least 24 hours).

    I ran my first 5k this weekend and got 2nd place in my age group! These workouts don't usually have cardio, but since they're timed it's really helped strengthened my lungs and my legs. Thanks so much for awesome workouts every day!

    Five minutes. Belly hits before my nose so doing wall-pushups now. So discouraging to try and do this pregnant! Praying it helps my recovery be a little quicker at the end though.

    I combined this workout with another one that I missed from a different site and created one all my own:

    21-15-9-3

    Dumbbell thrusters w/24 lbs
    Front squats w/50 lbs
    Push-ups
    Sit-ups

    Time: 9:52
