Didn't finish the workout but definitely got my heart rate up! It took me nearly 24:00 to get the first mile and 30 burpees in. Stopped there. I'm not sure ill ever be good at running, but at least I'm trying. 🙂

But I am getting stronger. My 15 minute mile is now 12:00. I am thrilled with the progress and I am encouraged by all of you. I spent more time doing burpess than it took most of you health-nuts to finish the whole WOD! Incredible.

    Have a great week, ladies.

26 min with some modification. 1st mile 8 min. 2 run treadmill wouldn't start (old) so 4 min on stationary bike (1 mile). 3rd run on treadmill (cut out in the middle but about 2 min for .25 mile). Didn't lower to the ground on burpees, just to plank.

28:10. Mile=2 laps around our circle, 800 M =1 lap (each lap is a little shy of the distance but I was pushing 60+ pounds of kids in stroller so I figured close enough:). Burpees to plank, last round I skipped the run bc ran out of time, but did burpees to push up. Long explanation but I want to be able to remember when I look back! Thanks for the WOD!

That picture meme is exactly how some male Marines felt when they finally got to be toe to toe with us female Marines! They said that their drill instructors told them how we didn't do the same stuff they did but we were ~ and sometimes we were better!!

30:41 as rx'd. Not sure why I'm on the slower end today. I did have to take the kids into the parent/kid gym since it's in the 100s here. Maybe using the treadmill was slower? Still a tough one – anything with that many burpees is tough!

    Back after a week vacation!

30:51 – I did the modified version from the CrossFit site –

    Run 800 meters
    15 Burpees
    15 Pull-ups
    Run 600 meters
    10 Burpees
    10 Pull-ups
    Run 400 meters
    5 Burpees
    5 Pull-ups

I did reverse pull-ups instead of regular ones. SO hot and sweaty!!
