  1. Did the workout from yesterday, b/c of the rain took the suggestion from my califitmama, 100 jump ropes in replace of run

  2. Bumped timer on iPad to restart. (1st time doing that-annoying!)
    Estimating time to be 8:45
    Uphill on every other round of sit-ups. Started uphill on 50 count-unintentionally (amazing how slightest of hill makes those really hard with arms crossed!)

    1. Those are the number if reps. I was thrown off because the was not in blue like the other numbers. So you start with 50 reps of jump rope and sit-ups and then move to the next number.

      40 jump rope
      40 BFSU
      30 jump rope
      30 BFSU
      … Then 20, then 10…

  3. 11:43…I'm still slow with the cfup, did single jump rope (no jump rope I pretended I had one). My abs are killing me!! 🙂

    I typically try to do double unders–it wasn't happening today. I will blame it on the jump rope.

  7. Double unders – whew! I do two or three singles, then a double under – working up to only double unders, no singles in between. Only counting on the double unders, so this took me a while. Arms crossed over chest on sit ups.


  8. 10:38.

    1.5mile run then 90 min later I did the WOD.

    At our temp house I have only my daughter's lightweight kid jump rope. I tried double-unders on the first three jumps and actually got one! But the handles kept falling off rope, rope was catching on tree branches, bricks and my ponytail (ugh), and I was jumping on a super unlevel brick patio. Attempting double-unders was more than I could concentrate on today. Singles were challenging enough under the circumstances. And I'm usually a pretty good jumper!

  12. 11:35, singles. Jump-ropes a breeze…. Struggling with sit-ups!! Flabby abs, be gone!!! 😉

  13. I'm on vacation this week so yesterday did a 2.5 mile run and a few bsu.

    Today 4 mile run then this afternoon 8:44 but had to pretend I had a jumprope so my real time would probably be a little longer. (Since I didn't have any mess ups with my pretend rope;) )

    I LOVE running along the beach listening to the waves 🙂

  18. 7:36 with singles, after doing yesterday's wod. Finally all caught up post vacation!!

  19. 11:51. First time jumping with a real jump rope, I usually just pretend. Thought the double unders would be easy, the red marks on my shins would disagree!

  20. Did a 10 minute arm Pilates workout and then only had time for 50 butterfly crunches- rest- 40 butterfly crunches.

  21. 9:19. Single jump ropes. Had some obstacles / technical diffuclties jumproping over toys, my ear plugs to music fell out & got tangled up in my rope lol so i had lots of probs as i tried this wod!

  23. 12:46 jumping jacks and did half sit ups half knees to elbows on the ground. I just needed to switch it up for my abs.

    Now that I'm doing those sit-ups the right way, they're killing me. I'll get them eventually.
