I'm bummed-track is closed across the street I tried to improvise around the parking lot but the sit-ups were about to give me that painful sore on tailbone! Nope-not doing that again!
I will try this again later.

Storming outside so I re-did Friday's workout since I had to modify severely (I was out of town). Finished in 15:00:17. All gpu's and only used 10 pound weights, didn't want to drop a weight on my head by doubling up 🙂

I figured out that two laps around my yard is about 25 meters. It was raining, but I had my 20mo old on the swingset and the 4 year old chasing me around in delight. Made it 7 round in 19:09 before the little one ran out of patience. And, my neighbors think I am a crazy person! 🙂
