Monday 06.10.13

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 250 meters
Alternate 25 Push-ups and 25 Butterfly sit-ups every other round.

  1. I'm bummed-track is closed across the street I tried to improvise around the parking lot but the sit-ups were about to give me that painful sore on tailbone! Nope-not doing that again!
    I will try this again later.

  3. Storming outside so I re-did Friday's workout since I had to modify severely (I was out of town). Finished in 15:00:17. All gpu's and only used 10 pound weights, didn't want to drop a weight on my head by doubling up 🙂

  4. 15 sit-ups short of a complete 8. Went ahead and finished them off to make it even.

  5. Had to sub 100 jump ropes for run.
    8 rounds plus 100 jump & 16 PU 70% BPU

    2. Oh, and I subbed side plank reaches for sit-ups because really what's the point of great abs right now?!

    kiddos are out doing it right now. Love it!

    Bsu with arms crossed except for half of the first round. (Forgot)

    My 13yo son did 9 rounds plus the run on round 10!

  14. I figured out that two laps around my yard is about 25 meters. It was raining, but I had my 20mo old on the swingset and the 4 year old chasing me around in delight. Made it 7 round in 19:09 before the little one ran out of patience. And, my neighbors think I am a crazy person! 🙂

    Standing (wall) push ups and standing alternate knee to elbow for sit ups
    25 weeks pregnant and the plank position is now uncomfortable.

    Had to estimate the distance but, I am pretty sure I hit close to 250.

  17. Timer stopped twice so i finally gave it to my daughter to hold so i wont stop it ! So frustrated! I think i was on my 7th round but didnt finish situps to complete it.

  18. Lying in bed last night when I realized I finished on sit ups, so it was actually EIGHT rounds. : )

  20. Been Mia for awhile. Hoping to get back into it. 7 rounds plus 150 m run.

  21. Completed on 6/12…taught step class, completed 6/11, 6/12 wod…8 rounds. Only 5 bpus each set…felt weak.

    Spent too much time messing with Nike app. Need to figure distance first next time.
