10 Deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
50 Jump rope

no caffeine

only fruit or veggie snacks

8 hours of sleep


  1. 2:18 with 60 lbs.
    did not miss with rope-I'm surprising myself! 😉

    Set 2 – 15 dead lifts @20 lbs, 65 jump ropes
    Set 3 – 30 dead lifts @20 lbs, 80 jump ropes

    If you told me a couple months ago I'd be deadlifting 70 lbs I wouldn't have known what that meant and I would've thought you were crazy! I love your workouts! Everyone keeps telling me I look like I've lost 10 lbs, and I've only lost 2 or 3. That's what trading fat for muscle will do. 🙂
