10 Deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
50 Jump rope

    If you told me a couple months ago I'd be deadlifting 70 lbs I wouldn't have known what that meant and I would've thought you were crazy! I love your workouts! Everyone keeps telling me I look like I've lost 10 lbs, and I've only lost 2 or 3. That's what trading fat for muscle will do. 🙂
