  1. 3.53 miles outside. Used GPS watch.
Thank you for these workouts, Jenni!

  2. I forgot to start my app. 2.50 miles plus .20before I startes tiner. Took 5 tgirty second walking breaks, 1 45 sec walking break and 1 sixty sec walking break.

  3. 1.61 miles – total of 8 minutes jogging, 22 minutes walking

    1. Dang Jen…I wanna be like you when I grow up. 😉

  4. 2.9 miles

GPS signal didn't work correctly- so I drove my route to get the distance-

Had I known- I was this close- I would have run 3.1 to get a new PR!(My last 5K was 33:50)

Not bad for waking up and not really wanting to run! Thanks!

  5. This worked out perfect. I did a timed 5k today which took 30 minutes. So 3.1 miles.

  6. 2 kids sleeping when I got up to workout so I did the wod from 2-26-13

  7. Okay! I am finally back today I doubled up workouts..I just finished yesterdays. I am unable to do most movements due to double patella knee ruptures. I am getting back into things though! It felt good getting back after my hiatus from working out. So I did yesterday workout in about 20 minutes, don't time them, focusing on form. No power snatch…I am unable to run so I walked 1.9 miles in 30 mintues…feels great to be back and great to be feeling better! This is the best website ever…my wife follows this but I am now into it….these are not easy workouts what so ever! They are beating me up after one day…I am not supposed to be doing workouts without off day, so I will be a MWF guy…with walking on off days!!!!! Cant wait!

  8. 3.1 miles
with double stroller & lots of waiting at street lights. : (

  9. 2.463 mi.
Was so not feeling it today. I was getting winded much quicker than usual and wanted to quit before I even got a third of the way through. Blech, hopefully tomorrow is better.

  10. 3.05 on treadmill. Would have preferred to try it outside. But that wasn't going to happen today

  11. 2.85. I was really hoping for 3, but it was really hilly an I wasn't pushing as hard as I should have. Oh well, still felt good to run!

  12. I did "Week 2 of 5k training" – which is 7 rounds of running for 2 minutes, then walking 1 for minute. I then walked until I hit the 1.5 mile mark.

    1.34 miles @ 21 minutes
    1.50 miles @ 24:10

VERY happy with my running today! Nowhere near as out of breath as before! YAY ME!!! 🙂

  13. 2.48 mi, left achilles bothering me today during run so only ran about half of time. Also ran in the evening which kills my time.

  14. Probably about 2.5 miles
Ran first 12 then 1 min walk
Then ran 5 mins then 1 min walk
Ran 5 mins then 1 min walk
    Ran last 5 mins

  15. 2.62 miles pushing the stroller

I was really hoping for 3 miles but I severely underestimated the difficulty of pushing the stroller! I stopped a couple times to walk but I added 30 seconds on the end to make up. On the bright side, I cut my mile time (with stroller) by about a minute! I was happy about that!!

  16. 3.02 and stopped at a light and had to walk 1 1/2 minutes.
Thanks for getting me out there Jenni!

  17. Well made it about 250 m before my 7 year old ran into me from behind on her bike. My kneecap met the asphalt. Yep I am done. I just hope its not too bad tomorrow.

  18. 3.14 miles in 29:05. Out and back course in an unfamiliar setting. Shorter than I was hoping for, but I was at my mom and dad's and had MAJOR hills!

So proud of all the ladies running!!! I've gotten so much faster having done this strength training!

  19. 3.2 miles almost got a runners high. Ugh, I love what running does for my body.

  20. 3.95 (I know, couldn't I have pushed my butt a bit more to make it an even 4?!)
    T-mill at 3% incline

  21. 2.2 miles. Running is much better and I don't feel so winded!! Thanks CF Mamas!

  22. 2.8 miles. . Took it slow and steady. Loved the run on such a pretty day!!

  23. You all are fast!! I did 2.97 but I was pretty proud of myself because I set a goal at the beginning if the year to run a consistent 10 minute mile. So I'm doing pretty well. Thanks Jenni! Who knew these workouts would make me a better runner?! Dripping in sweat!!

  24. I'm pretty sure over 2 miles. Had to stop halfway because my asthma was acting up and I forgot to look at the distance before I got off the treadmill to get my inhaler, when I came back it had reset.

  25. 2.96 miles. Added an extra minute cos @ 2.5 miles i had a stitch in my side & had to walk. Really wanted to run the entire way,but its the first time i ever had a stitch since doing any of the wods for 4 mos now!

  26. 3 miles in 30:55.

Forest park at noon, some sun some shade, a bit of loose gravel and some grass but mostly crushed gravel trail or sidewalk running. A little rolling. Not too much.

I am not faster than I was two years ago (last time I was in a running groove) but the hills don't seem to impact me at all now and I am not winded while I run. I used to be in a constant state of heavy breathing. Thank you califitmamas!

  27. 3.64 miles
Had to make this up on Saturday. Was hoping for 4 miles. Something to work towards. 🙂

  28. 2.61 miles in 40 minutes. Includes 10 min of warm up & cool down walking then I RAN non-stop for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I'm so proud of myself – I've never run non-stop for that long.

  29. 2.27. Just didn't have it physically today. But I did manage to hit the same distance as last week's. Also, this was WOD #2. At least I'm taking it up a notch. 🙂

  30. 2.88

felt good until I saw everyone's distances! whoa! At least I know there's lots of room for improvement lol. Finished 5 k in 31:30. Did after WOD on 10/10/13.
