GPS signal didn't work correctly- so I drove my route to get the distance-

Had I known- I was this close- I would have run 3.1 to get a new PR!(My last 5K was 33:50)

Not bad for waking up and not really wanting to run! Thanks!

Okay! I am finally back today I doubled up workouts..I just finished yesterdays. I am unable to do most movements due to double patella knee ruptures. I am getting back into things though! It felt good getting back after my hiatus from working out. So I did yesterday workout in about 20 minutes, don't time them, focusing on form. No power snatch…I am unable to run so I walked 1.9 miles in 30 mintues…feels great to be back and great to be feeling better! This is the best website ever…my wife follows this but I am now into it….these are not easy workouts what so ever! They are beating me up after one day…I am not supposed to be doing workouts without off day, so I will be a MWF guy…with walking on off days!!!!! Cant wait!

I did "Week 2 of 5k training" – which is 7 rounds of running for 2 minutes, then walking 1 for minute. I then walked until I hit the 1.5 mile mark.

    1.34 miles @ 21 minutes
    1.50 miles @ 24:10

VERY happy with my running today! Nowhere near as out of breath as before! YAY ME!!! 🙂

Ran 5 mins then 1 min walk
    Ran last 5 mins

I was really hoping for 3 miles but I severely underestimated the difficulty of pushing the stroller! I stopped a couple times to walk but I added 30 seconds on the end to make up. On the bright side, I cut my mile time (with stroller) by about a minute! I was happy about that!!

    3 miles in 30:55.

Forest park at noon, some sun some shade, a bit of loose gravel and some grass but mostly crushed gravel trail or sidewalk running. A little rolling. Not too much.

I am not faster than I was two years ago (last time I was in a running groove) but the hills don't seem to impact me at all now and I am not winded while I run. I used to be in a constant state of heavy breathing. Thank you califitmamas!
