    20 lb squat cleans. Wasn't sure exactly what cleans were so I did squat cleans

  11. Hi ladies!! Im getting back after a week of training for a half century bike ride. I did it in 3hours 20 minutes! Shaved off 40 MINUTES from last years time thanks to these amazing workouts
    3:53 20lb cleans. Form felt off though.

    Had to keep stopping because my weights kept coming loose. Ugh so frustrating.

    40# squat cleans

    It seems like I'm doing something wrong when all the times are 4 min or less. Doing the first 21 squat cleans with proper form took almost 2 min!
