First time posting – first cross fit workout. Want to get started with the challenge and today's workout didn't look too intimidating so I wanted to give it a go.
I am using my phone as a timer with a crossfit app, but found out the hard way that the timer stops when I get a call.
I was on round 7 when the call came in and I'm guesstimating somewhere around 5-6 minutes, since after the first 2 rounds it was around 2 minutes. The last 3 rounds took 3:05. So I'm looking at 9:05 for the day…
Much better than I expected. Interested to see how soar I will be tomorrow….lol
