15 Deadlifts, 40-60 lbs
15 Butterfly sit-ups

get 8 hours of sleep
finish your last 2 days STRONG!!

  1. 16:16 20dl w/ 20lbs each round, rest as rx'd. Finally over the flu, woohoo!

  2. Nothing like finishing and looking at the timer to see that it wasn't turned on! I'm going to guess around 14 minutes.

  10. Only my 3rd day doing crossfit…stopped after 5 rounds.
    12:34 with 50# DL and had to "cheat" on cfsu…sore from yesterday 🙂

    Could only get to 30# for DL.
    CFSUs were unassisted and therefor pretty slow.

  12. First time posting – first cross fit workout. Want to get started with the challenge and today's workout didn't look too intimidating so I wanted to give it a go.

    I am using my phone as a timer with a crossfit app, but found out the hard way that the timer stops when I get a call.

    I was on round 7 when the call came in and I'm guesstimating somewhere around 5-6 minutes, since after the first 2 rounds it was around 2 minutes. The last 3 rounds took 3:05. So I'm looking at 9:05 for the day…

    Much better than I expected. Interested to see how soar I will be tomorrow….lol

  13. 14:45 with 50# bb and for situps I had to push toes against wall for help. Did 2 1/2 mile run prior to WOD. Addicted to sweat!*@&#^$

  15. 10.26 @ 30%, interrupted by crying baby, then pooping toddler then hungry/spit up baby. So much for my window of free time. Better luck tomorrow 🙂

    Did much better than i expected! I put the timer where i can see it. I hate putting it on the floor (kids) but gave the 1 kid up a game to keep busy & it was helpful to see how fast i did each round!

  18. 17:44. Alternated sit ups and push ups. Used 16lbs on lifts.

  19. 8:22 65lb deadlifts, should have went heavier, but to lazy to take the time to add weight to bar.
    After 4mile trail run

  20. 4 rounds @5 minutes 15 seconds.. tried to play catchup.. my legs are sooo jello.. and my kids were being crazy… sooo thats where it is…

  21. My legs are done! 14:06. I pushed myself and loaded the barbell to 60lbs. Whoa! Feeling pretty incredible.

  22. 12ish kids were playing in the yard and I had to tend to them a few times. Single leg dead lifts.
