90 DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 72
Vi-shake
no caffeine
no soda
only fruit or veggie snacks
no food after 8:00pm
no alcohol
reduce refined sugar intake
drink at least 3 glasses of water a day
no fried food
get 8 hours of sleep
finish strong!

    First time here, time was 7:36. Mama of 2 and I've yet to work off either of my kids' pregnancy pounds. Trying to find the right balance of motivation, time and routine. Can't wait to try more! Thank you!!

    We Accidentally did Trusters 20# (kids did with #15) instead of bench dips. My internet wasn't working, and I couldn't remember the middle exercise! Oh well

    8:50 arms are so jelly, started last night doing 30 burpee a before bed, I wanna believe that had some effect in my time lol. But i feel great even if it does cause I'm doing more than when I started in Jan!!!
