  1. First time here, time was 7:36. Mama of 2 and I've yet to work off either of my kids' pregnancy pounds. Trying to find the right balance of motivation, time and routine. Can't wait to try more! Thank you!!

  12. YA a WOD I can do! Since knee surgery I've been modifying but I was able to fee like a "real" mama today!
    I'm a little slow with my knee locked into the brace.

  20. Day 2 and I'm feeling the pain from yesterday's WOD! I must admit, it feels good to have pushed through the pain and complete today's WOD.

    10:33….and I did girl push-ups 🙂

  21. 5:40, gpu. I only do this m/w/f so sometimes I go back to a day I missed. Hope that's ok! :). Thanks for the blog, it's so nice to have someone tell me what to do every morning!

  22. We Accidentally did Trusters 20# (kids did with #15) instead of bench dips. My internet wasn't working, and I couldn't remember the middle exercise! Oh well

  23. 5:04 with my 10 month old crawling over/under me the entire time!

  24. Ran/walked 3 miles, then 5:53, middle set of pushups were counter pushups. Just coming back from being sick for 4 days, it was hard!

  25. 3:45 loved this one! I'm always the slowest on the running WODs, but this one was awesome

  26. 8:50 arms are so jelly, started last night doing 30 burpee a before bed, I wanna believe that had some effect in my time lol. But i feel great even if it does cause I'm doing more than when I started in Jan!!!
