First Crossfit Mamas WOD!! I've been lurking for awhile and finally ddecided to get on board!! I used 12lb dumbbells for deadlifts.

Melissa- Ha! Yes. All Crossfit that anyone does comes from Crossfit.com. They create the WODs and I have modified them to be able to do at home and for a women (not too heavy lifting for the upper body).
21:30 used 15 lb dumbbells. 2nd post baby workout.
