    only had 15 lbs at home for deadlifts. replaced running with jumping, jumping jacks, etc for 2 min.

  2. 17:45 did 100butt kicks and 50 jumping jacks in place of run. 30# DL. Thanks!

    First Crossfit Mamas WOD!! I've been lurking for awhile and finally ddecided to get on board!! I used 12lb dumbbells for deadlifts.

    subbed run with 100 sprinting buttkicks and alternated 50 jacks and 50 high knees each round.
    Great workout, thanks I am beat, but will try to squeeze in a quick cycle.

  12. 21 min. 10 pound weights. Slowest runner ever, but it beats my time just sitting on the couch!

  13. 21:20 15 lb dumbells since that's what I have at my house :). Had to walk a little at the start of each run… I'm SUCH a slow runner! Out of curiosity, why 21 dl's instead of 20 or 25?

  14. Have been busy this week with instructions, so I crammed 3 xfm workouts today. strategia with this, contiued with wed and tue WODs after that. Great workout altogether 🙂

    14-15 minutes, only had minutes in the watch. Ran on a bit slippery snow.

  23. Did 3 mile run instead with 5 push-ups and 10 sit ups every .5 mile. Took 36 min

  27. Melissa- Ha! Yes. All Crossfit that anyone does comes from Crossfit.com. They create the WODs and I have modified them to be able to do at home and for a women (not too heavy lifting for the upper body).

    Still catching up on days I skipped while my mother-in-law was visiting. Yes, she was at my house on Valentine's Day. How romantic.
    My goal was under 20 min, but I must be an even slower runner than I thought. Working on it.
    30 lb. dead lifts.
