  1. Are they supposed to have a push-up in each one? My chest is so sore from the last 2 days! Just wondering…

  2. From what I can tell, you just lay all the way down on the ground, then get up, not so much an actual push up.

  4. I was a judge at CrossFit Games in OKC. They instructed that the chest and thighs must touch the ground, then the athlete should push, climb, crawl… whatever they could to get back into the standing position.

  5. I got my little brother to do this with me.. He said, "That's it?! I'll do some push-ups after that." My time… 9:51, his time 10:31. He's not doing any push-ups. lol

  7. I was so proud of myself until I looked at these times! You guys killed it! I did all boy push ups and jumped back instead of stepping back and my time was 13:57!

  9. Some of you are amazing! Took me 18 minutes to do 50 which was my goal. At 69, getting off the floor 50 times is a good thing! Form was sad, but I was moving. Also chopped kindling, carried in wood and shovelled snow this morning. Even though my CrossFit progress is slow, I can see where I'm growing stronger for real life. It gives me some accountability and is much more interesting than only lifting weights. So thanks again, Jenni.

  11. I woke up this morning at 4:30 with my husband, and I thought I'd get the workout in before the boys woke up. I checked the website on my phone then rolled over and went back to sleep:) I finally got the motivation to do this one, and it actually wasn't as bad as I had expected. Maybe I don't hate burpees so much after all…

    Should be faster with those but I struggle and still had to take lots of rests blah!

  16. 12:50 with half girl half boy push ups after 4km on stationary bike. Ouch!!

  17. Ended up doing 110 burpees in this workout with my hubby: 5 rounds- 22 KB swings, 22 wall balls with 20#, 22 burpees, 22 box jumps. 33:44

    I literally said "oh crap!" at the end of that madness. Took mini rest in-between each set of ten.

    My 10 year old son did them with me. His time for 100 = 5:25!!! Very proud of my fit boy!

  23. Added dumbbell swings to get a little more arms in before going out of town for the next 4 days over the holidays! Also broke up the burpees a little with 10 sec between each burpee set, and 1 min between each exercise:

    Burpees: 10, 2, 4, 6, 8
    Dumbell swings: 15 w/ 25#
    Burpees: 10, 2, 4, 6, 8
    Dumbell swings: 15 w/ 25#
    Burpees: 10, 2, 4, 6, 8
    Dumbell swings: 15 w/ 25#
    Burpees: 10

    Time: 29:34
    100 burpees
    45 dumbbell swings

  26. I started with this site after this workout, but really wanted to challenge myself after my 1st week in.

    My biggest setback was difficulty breathing, but I did it and am super proud!! It can only get better from here

  28. 13:20, but I stopped the timer after numbers 10, 50, and 80 to go take care of kids. Next time I'll just do all 100 in a row.
