Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Then 3 rounds of:
5 Push-ups
10 Butterfly sit-ups
15 Squats

  1. So do we only run once? Then AMRAP the 5,10,15? Or run each time?

  2. 5 full rounds and then 1 more 2 minute run since I don't have a distance gage. Great WOD I'm sweating like a hog here.

  3. The way I did it was:
    sub 100 jump rope for run,
    5-10-15, X3
    as one set.
    Three sets completed, got through the "running" plus one round of 5… before 20 min. was up.

    This was one of my favorites. I say that about once a week, but this was a favorite of all favorites.

  4. So I was able to get two rounds in. I might have been able to do more but still helping my daughter with her sit up and push up form.

  5. I went 30 seconds over to complete my third round. I ran 400 m every round.

  6. I was able to do 3 full rounds plus about 200 meters of running.

    I thought today would be a good day to attempt boy push-ups for the first time. I was able to do 4 sets and the rest were girl push-ups. Really excited about that because a few weeks ago I could barely get throught girl push-ups without feeling like arms were dying.

  7. My goal was 7 rounds….I really pushed myself and made it! Plus an extra 150 m of running. Happy!

  8. Took me 7:26 for the 3 rounds of push-ups sit ups and squats

    Did 4 complete rounds of 400 meters and was just under another 400 meters when I reached 20 mins (1.2 miles)

  9. Buzzer went off in my second set of 5-10-15 of my fourth round, but I finished the round anyway. Nice workout! Does it just take time to get faster at those crossfit sit-ups?

    1. Yep, I couldn't do th unassisted at first, now I can. But still working on the speed.

  11. Just realized I did it wrong, after thinking it I had it figured out. I did 7 full rounds of run 400m, 5,10,15. I didn't think of doing 5,10,15 three times in a row then run again. oh well! I need more coffee obviously before I do a WOD!

  12. I ran/jogged the dog around our loop for a time of 8 min then did the 5-10-15 for 12 more min for 6 reps. I hate sinus crud, my head is still pounding.

  13. So I was confused by this one and had checked out the workout before anyone left comments on how they did it. I ran 2.25 miles in 20 minutes then did just the three rounds of exercises. Oops. Oh well, at least I exercised today.

    I understood this to be:

    run 400M
    3 rounds of push ups sit ups and squats
    then
    run 400M
    3 rounds of push ups sits up and squats.

    So, that's how I did it.

  15. 4 full rounds. Had less than a minute left so did another set of PU SU SQ, instead of going for another 400. Good sweat!! Thanks!!

  17. Buzzer went off during the second 5-10-15 of my fourth set, but I finished up the set. We had a beautiful morning here in Washington, so I tried actually running for the run segment for the first time in weeks – killer! On the bright side, I'm feeling so strong doing push-ups after years of dreading them 🙂

  18. Hubs and I both did 4 rounds with some time to spare – he had 13sec, I had 43. Second day of being sick and still doing the WOD (AND beating my hubs on time/reps), I know you're supposed to rest and other than the WOD I do… But I love my gym time and I feel better after the workout. Plus I think I'm sweating out some of the yuckiness!

  20. I changed this one all up. I only had time for 15 mins and I did:
    7 full rounds of 5pu/10csu/15squats
    then I ran .5 miles

    Modified but still tough!

  21. Made it through nearly 4 rounds. Timer went off after I finished the 400 meter run on my final round. But I finished up the round anyway.

    I liked this one. Can really feel a difference in my legs because of all the running (gag) and the squats.

    Now…….. I'm ready for some turkey.

  22. 3 full rounds and almost finished the run on the 4th when the timer went off. Went ahead and finished that mile, then jogged another mile at 5mph.

  23. I made it through two full rounds and the run of round #3. Running up and down the stairs every time I have to switch between cardio and strength is killing my time! lol

    I did finish the strength rounds after the 20 minutes were over. I did girl push ups…might give regular ones a try next time.

  24. 3 complete rounds and ran another 400 m and did 5 pushups when timer went off. I had to do girlie pushups.

    Enjoyed the sweat. Felt my abs from yesterday.

  26. Yup totally did this wrong :/ I misread it but I still did 20 minutes of running and then 3 rounds of the other exercises lol

  27. Wow – this was my first Crossfit Workout and it was TOUGH! I had a blast, though – so nice to get the workout done in only 20 minutes.

    I did 5 rounds on the dot.

    100 jump ropes in place of the run. All girly push-ups. Had to switch to crunches instead of sit-ups in round three.

    All rounds with 535 meters because that was my loop. (pushing Tyce the Tank in jogger = 30 lbs)

  32. I did 100 jacks instead of running and modified crunches for sit-ups. I was able to do 3 full rounds plus 80 jacks.

Everyone has already done this WOD, but I did it thanksgiving morning. so this is for my flashback records. still having inner hip pulling since half. walked the 400m at 10 incline at a 4.3 speed. finished 3 full rounds in 20:48. actually feel pretty good. off to walk half a mile to finish off today.

  36. 3 full rounds plus 400 meter run. Great workout….I'm a day behind so I did this today.

  37. 3 rounds (ran 400m each round) + 400 meters

    then just finished the final round for a total of 24:34
