1. 33:25

Probably a little slow, as u ran outside, then had to unlock my door, come inside, up the stairs and unlock the apt door to do the extensions and sit ups, and then reverse all that to go back out and run.

  2. 19:57
Ran 1 1/2 miles then alternated the extensions and sit ups

  3. 14:20 for the extensions and sit-ups after a 2 mile run with my 12-year old. Happy Birthday! Your blog has truly been a gift to me!

  4. Happy birthday, Jenni! Thank you for this blog & the inspiration!
22:30, sub girl push ups for sit ups

  5. 24:20
Happy birthday …hope your day is fabulous! 🙂

  6. 39:54 holy crap I want to die . Great WOD thanks again and Happy Birthday !!!!

  7. 31:22
I was only able to do 2 rounds. And it was a bit slow since I was helping my 8 year old daughter with her sit ups.
My daughter did all three rounds for a time of 43:30.

  8. 25:21. Had to do 2 rounds of crunches and 1 round of leg lifts(just made that name up since I don't know the actual name) instead of sit ups. I have an open sore on my back from Friday's sit ups. 🙁

  9. Happy Birthday, Jenni! I've been AWOL for the last few weeks battling an upper respiratory infection and a mild bladder infection – but I'm FINALLY getting better. Thank God!
I miss my Crossfit so much.
On it to start on Monday again!! See you Mamas then.

Have an awesome birthday, Jenni. Thank you, thank you for all that you do for us. You are an inspiration and a fabulous leader!

  10. 32:40 – minus one run. My five-year-old reset the timer for me after the first 800 meters. Man, I hope those sit-ups get faster. Those last 50 about killed me. I probably spent 15 minutes doing everything else, and 17 minutes doing the sit-ups.

  11. Happy Birthday, Jenni!

No time for me today (I only did the back extensions and situps along with some yoga) because my knee is acting up. I'm pretty sure it is hurting from running funny yesterday holding the weight ball.

  12. This is new to me. I need a total of 150 situps and 150 extensions, right? Heading out for second 800 m run.

  13. Happy birthday Jenni!

How does one do back extensions at home?

  14. Happy Birthday, Jenni! You look fabulous and such a cute little boy too!! Way to get your kids active with you! 21:03 was my time, everything as rx'd! Loved it!

  15. Not up for today's WOD…having horrible back spasms. Just wanted to drop in and say Happy Birthday! Thanks for the workouts!! You and Tyce are both adorable:-)

  16. 24:13 I did the SU and backxtentiibs as Rx, but had to get creative with the runs. The fact that I live in AK, and it being 12* outside made up for not very god running conditions. I have a regular bike that is set up on one of those fancy-shmancy bike stands allowing biking indoors, so I did 5-4-4 minutes on it for each run. And the last 4 minutes were tabata.
Happy birthday Jenni! You are a blessing and an inspiration. Keep ip the good work!!

  17. 20:02-happy birthday! Thank you so much for this blog. It is helping a previously fit and now unfit new mom feel good about herself again 🙂

  18. Swapped out 800m run for 10 min Skiers Edge intervals. 44:44.2, had to crunch the last 15 sit ups *to failure* ~

    Happy Birthday! *o/*

  19. 23:55 as rx'ed!!
Love splitting that run up, although I think I'm faster at the run than the sit-ups 🙂
    Happiest birthday to you Jenni!

  20. 18:01 as rxed. Happy Birthday!! I love your blog! Great WOD too! 🙂

  21. 34:35
My first WOD – had to take a few breaks with the sit up, but I got through it all 🙂

  22. So this is my second week. I wanted to try it last week before I started posting, and I fell in love! Great, quick workouts!

36:16. Have to work on those crossfit sit-ups. 🙂

    Have a happy birthday Jenni!

  23. 22:36
    Happy Birthday Jenni.
I have never looked forward to my workouts as much as I do with Cross Fit Mamas, so thank you!

  24. 22:56 as RX'ed
Love the picture!! I hope you're having an awesome birthday!! 🙂

  25. 2nd day with cross fit. 40 min with a bit longer runs, super mans for back extensions, and modified sit-ups. my son did it in 19.

    happy bday!

    and thanx!

  26. 29:43 I felt faster than that… oh well! Did all those situps without a single stop, mighty proud about that.

    And happy birthday Jenni!!!

  27. Happy Birthday, Jenni! Thank you SO much for this blog!!

I did four hours of yard work, repairing retaining wall, and pushing my wheelbarrow full of clippings up and down my very steep hill to the woods to dump! Thought that was a good substitute for CrossFit today. 🙂

  28. 25:30
    Happy Birthday Jenni!
Thanks for the blog. This is by far the best program I have ever done, and I am so glad to hav stuck with it.
    Have an awesome day!

  29. 33:12 fighting a cold. Pretty Proud!

Happy Birthday!! I'm so great full for your blog!

  30. Happy happy Birthday!! Thanks you so much for this blog..I love being able to work out at home!!
12:30. For back extensions and situps..and 4 miles today!! It felt great!!

  31. Didn't time myself today, but I did it! Happy birthday! I'm really enjoyed your work outs. Thanks!!

  32. 22:45
    As RXed.
    Chris too.

A big thanks to all my Mamas for all the birthday wishes that kept me smiling all day. I love our WOD family. 🙂

  33. 37:42, that really challenged the endurance today! Excellent workout! Happy birthday!

  34. Wow I'm slow! It took me 25 Minutes to run the 1.5 miles (I've never ran that much without stopping! And I didn't stop tonight! Yay!) then 20 minutes for the 3 rounds of CFSU's and back ext! Phewww….
    Happy Birthday!!!!

  35. Happy Birthday, Jenni A little late, but sent with good wishes for a happy year ahead. I was able to do 2 rounds today 33 minutes. I continue to get stronger and maybe a little faster. Hay bales and grain bags are easier to maneuver so that is proof that this is working. Snow shovelling skill remains about the same, however. 🙂
    Love the photo.

  36. Had some holiday celebrations today and barely had time to do the full workout. I actually danced for about 5-10 minutes each time instead of running 800 meters, hoping that is close enough to the real deal, definitely fun! The rest was as rx'd. I think it took about 30 minutes total, maybe less.

  37. 27.18. Was hot in my shed where the treadmill is, summer is definitely coming! it's a bit late, but happy birthday Jenni.

  38. Happy birthday!

38:10. Some of the time also includes running up and down the stairs since the treadmills at the gym are on a different floor than the weights and stuff. I'm starting to run those though instead of walking.

  39. 18:04 RX…enjoyed the work out. Thank you for the amazing blog.

  40. First crossfit WOD ever 🙂
I did mostly crunches instead of sit-ups.
I used the track at the gym so I did 4 laps each time and then 3 more at the end which came to a mile and 1/4 total.

I really enjoyed the work out and am feeling it today!

  41. Saved this until 12/8. Unable to do this on 11/20 because of back/hip issues.

    23 min. 🙂 Felt great!
