Probably a little slow, as u ran outside, then had to unlock my door, come inside, up the stairs and unlock the apt door to do the extensions and sit ups, and then reverse all that to go back out and run.

I was only able to do 2 rounds. And it was a bit slow since I was helping my 8 year old daughter with her sit ups.
My daughter did all three rounds for a time of 43:30.

25:21. Had to do 2 rounds of crunches and 1 round of leg lifts(just made that name up since I don't know the actual name) instead of sit ups. I have an open sore on my back from Friday's sit ups. 🙁

32:40 – minus one run. My five-year-old reset the timer for me after the first 800 meters. Man, I hope those sit-ups get faster. Those last 50 about killed me. I probably spent 15 minutes doing everything else, and 17 minutes doing the sit-ups.

No time for me today (I only did the back extensions and situps along with some yoga) because my knee is acting up. I'm pretty sure it is hurting from running funny yesterday holding the weight ball.

24:13 I did the SU and backxtentiibs as Rx, but had to get creative with the runs. The fact that I live in AK, and it being 12* outside made up for not very god running conditions. I have a regular bike that is set up on one of those fancy-shmancy bike stands allowing biking indoors, so I did 5-4-4 minutes on it for each run. And the last 4 minutes were tabata.
Happy birthday Jenni! You are a blessing and an inspiration. Keep ip the good work!!

Happy Birthday, Jenni A little late, but sent with good wishes for a happy year ahead. I was able to do 2 rounds today 33 minutes. I continue to get stronger and maybe a little faster. Hay bales and grain bags are easier to maneuver so that is proof that this is working. Snow shovelling skill remains about the same, however. 🙂

Had some holiday celebrations today and barely had time to do the full workout. I actually danced for about 5-10 minutes each time instead of running 800 meters, hoping that is close enough to the real deal, definitely fun! The rest was as rx'd. I think it took about 30 minutes total, maybe less.

I did mostly crunches instead of sit-ups.
I used the track at the gym so I did 4 laps each time and then 3 more at the end which came to a mile and 1/4 total.
