Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell swings, 15 lbs
10 Box jumps, 18 inch box
10 Bench dips

  3. 14 had to do high jumps because i dint have a box or bench to jump on, but they seemed harder to me!

  7. I did 9. Not the best but it was my first time doing 18" box jumps. I was able to do 30 successfully, then I did step ups. It totally mental for me on those. I'm so afraid I'm going to clip my toes and crash 🙂 I'm working on that!

    11 1/2 – didn't get to dips!! Sooo close! (I did do them though, and then added on 20 step ups and a 60 sec plank).

    This was hard (as always), but I feel like if I'd tried this one my first week (this is my 4th week) I would only have done like 7 or 8 – and I did all jump ups, and I wouldn't have had the strength to do that week 1, for sure. So I'm very proud of my progress!!

  11. 7 Rounds with the kids not napping! I had to use my stairs {two stairs up at 14"} for the box jumps and my 18 month old was hovering around me the whole time counting as I did. Encouraging! But it slowed me down. 15lb swings {hard style}.

  12. Only 11 but I had to stop at 10 minutes. Used 10# dumbell
    Nobody home to help with baby and she just wouldn't wait.
    Going to try and sneak in more later tonight…convince the husband to do it with me!

  13. 11. Probably 12 in box- wow, never done box jumps. Made me remember how bad I am at jumping! Great WO!!

  18. 13 not bad considering I almost didn't do the WO. no motivation today. started at 9:30 pm
    just so glad i did it instead of sitting on the couch!
