I had to rearrange the WOD's this week so I'm doing this one tomorrow but I wanted to say thank you for your blog! I've been trying to figure out how to do CrossFit for several months and just don't have the time or equipment. I've been with you gals for a couple of weeks now and I'm loving it! I love seeing the comments every day and knowing that a bunch of great gals are doing it with me. I also love knowing that I'm not the only one pushing a double stroller most days 🙂
And my birthday is October 3rd.
