  1. Can't do this one today… the 210 sit ups earlier in the week gave me a sore on my tailbone. Wrong underwear choice I think 🙂 Lesson learned! Will do one of the track wood's that I've been avoiding.

    1. That happened to me too! Going to try a yoga mat and see if that helps- may just have to toughen up my hyde

    1. Total time unless specified otherwise. Air squats unless weight is specified.

  12. I had to rearrange the WOD's this week so I'm doing this one tomorrow but I wanted to say thank you for your blog! I've been trying to figure out how to do CrossFit for several months and just don't have the time or equipment. I've been with you gals for a couple of weeks now and I'm loving it! I love seeing the comments every day and knowing that a bunch of great gals are doing it with me. I also love knowing that I'm not the only one pushing a double stroller most days 🙂

    And my birthday is October 3rd.

    This is my first posting, though I've been doing most of the workouts this week. I'm really liking doing them! They look doable (good for motivation) but are really tough (good for results!)! Love it!

    I have to be super careful with my back so I had to only do crunches the last set of sit-ups. My stomach wasn't holding up very well.

    Mod: crunches for the last (3) sets of situps. How does one do that many situps without their neck hurting?? lol

    I randomly did the 100/75/50/25 squats from a few weeks ago earlier this week and it took me three days to recover enough to do this one!
