Honestly, if it was me, I would just take s day off today and do this WOD on Saturday. But if you really want to work out today, to to the full site and pick a WOD from the history that works indoors. 🙂

I'm wondering about modifications as well. I can't run due to knee injuries. I think for today I'll swim(based on yesterday's distances I guess I'll do 25 meter swims) That doesn't help you out though Melissa!

Sprinting with a double jogger makes for an interesting and inconsistent sprint! I know I could do better without it… Maybe I will try again this weekend without the jogger to see the difference.

Think my "100 meters" was a little short but:
    18.0
    16.5
    17.0
    15.1
    15.1
    14.8
    15.2

… compared to 24 seconds on 10.20.11 (wondering if my 100m was a little short too, or Jenni, maybe we just got that much stronger and faster). My thighs are burning!

Ran up hill first 1/2 and downhill other 1/2. Got really good at making a hairpin turn by the end! Rests varied from 45 sec to 2:00. Had some technical problems along the way…

    26,
    26,
    28,
    28,
29 (tripped on stone, almost fell),
30 (almost got hit by a jerk driving on the wrong side of the road),
40 (felt something "pop" – rest 2 min and stretch),
31 (took it easy…felt fine at end),
    27,
26 (dug deep on the last one)!

Amazing how it can look like such a no big deal workout and it still always kicks my ass!! 🙂
