  1. Don't have a track to measure, so I just walked periodically and only did about 2.25 miles running (did 6 yesterday and am still a bit worn out) in 21.12 min.

Ran the 400 meters. Pushed the girls in the jogger and my rests were more like 45 seconds

  3. Total time 34 min
Ran 3 mile warm up with my dog and pushing my 1 year old in the stroller. Then did the workout and a cool down pushing the stroller. Total mileage for today is 7.

  4. Did a 2.5 mile run in 28min with a few rest in the middle. 3 days in for me and I am SORE!

Note to Mamas: remember that when you lump your runs together you are losing the effectiveness of interval training and the amazing results they bring. Also, for those crazy runners I've got out there, try to do the WOD first and then run after so you can maintain accuracy in your WOD times for comparison and tracking progress. 🙂

    1. I completely agree! Doing sprints works so many different muscles than just running 2.5 miles straight!

    2. That's good to know! I always have the girls with me in the jogger, so most of the time I don't have a choice but to lump the runs together 🙁 otherwise I have two screaming 18 month olds… And I can't have that 🙂 im definitely going to try to not do that as much as possible though.

    30 mins
2.5 mi run/walk – crazy hot outside and fighting a sinus & double ear infection so towards the end I definitely walked more than i should but . . . I FINISHED :-/

  8. 39:03, ran 400's and walked the 2:00 breaks. 3.44 miles total. +1 for intervals. Endurance runs are important for a general fitness base, but in order to get faster you have to practice running faster!

  9. 45:58 total including breaks. Each interval a 5mph pace on treadmill.

  10. Swimming – totally wimped out and only did 5 rounds. It was way tougher than I thought it would be!!

  12. My ipod went dead a little over halfway through but I'm going to guess it was about 45 minutes with all the two minute breaks included. All 400mx10

  13. Not sure why my comment never posted yesterday but, I must have not completed it. 32:48 running time. I walked at a slow pace for the 2min. break.

  14. Run on treadmill
    R1: 2:19 (6.5 speed)
    R2-R6: 2:08 (7.0 speed)
    R7 & R8: 2:19 (6.5 speed)

Awesome! May not be my best. I had to teach two aerobics classes before and one after:(. But I was proud of myself and that's all that matters!
