Monday 07.16.12

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift, 40 lbs
Bench press, 20 lbs
Clean, 20 lbs


  1. 10:39 push ups instead of bench press

  2. Goodness, I feel like a slow poke.

    12:15 – first 10 bench press done with 40 lbs, but quickly changed for the remaining rounds. =)

  3. slow time, had a few interruptions that slowed me down….. 15:21
    30lbs on bench press and clean

  4. Increased the weight to 40lb dl and bench press. Took me 9 min. Worked so many muscles. Loved it. Looking forward to the next workout

    1. You can try to find one on youtube. Search: Crossfit dumbbell clean. There are tons of crossfit tutorials on there. I have one on my site on the right side bar but it is a dumbbell squat clean. You can do the clean the same way as with a bar and as the dumbbell squat clean but without the squat.
